    They’re all lovely, and a reminder of differences among areas of the country; our tulip trees and azaleas are long gone. I am curious about the purple flower next to the daffodils in the third photo. I don’t remember seeing anything quite like it.

      I’m sorry I’m not sure either. They were outside of my daughter‘s apartment building where so many gorgeous blooms were adding color to cloudy New York.
      The differences between the two states has been extraordinary to witness through Winter and now Spring. Hope you are feeling better.

    A sight so pleasing to see! Our daffodils and tulips are finished now, but the azaleas, lily of the valley, and bleeding heart are all in bloom now. And I’m loving them!
