Thankful to live in and celebrate our extraordinary country...

Summer sunrises and sunsets...

Summer Bible study with my daughter…

Spending time on the water…

Consciously thankful for the ordinary, ‘normal days’ I would have labeled boring when I was younger. Now, pain-free, crisis-free, routine days are viewed as true gifts.

Watching my adult children continue playing their individual sports (much more relaxing than the highly competitive years)...

Enjoyable walks…

Short get-aways. Many posted on Wordless Wednesdays...

Rainbows…

Thankful to have kayaked…first time in many years – a few more pics next Wednesday.

August has zero events/travel on the calendar. I’m looking forward to counting simple joys in August.

        My first August Sunday was wonderful. The teen bible study at camp was full of excited teens and one young lady was baptized.
