Choosing to Be a Hummingbird, Not a Vulture

Yesterday, our pastor reminded us of the hummingbird and vulture comparison. As a new week begins, I’m flying over what is past, old, dead and ugly (representing the vulture). I choose to seek out what is sweet, thriving, alive and beautiful (representing the hummingbird). “You will find what you’re looking for.” The hummingbird looks for what is good.
