Past history includes 350+ articles, photography and other fun posts over the years. Being Mom to three teenagers during high school and college. “Mama Duck” was my nickname in the family and how it landed on this blog. Note: during the “blocks migration” that WordPress conducted while I was offline, older posts you may peruse have distorted images or content. I’m still working on updating/correcting all of them!

Connecting as mid-lifers. From podcasts to pastors, speakers claim, “you’re not alone!”. Yet, many of us still feel alone wondering, “is anyone else thinking what I’m thinking?” This is one more way to connect just as we are, right where we are in life.
