I quickly planted a stargazer lily in shallow dirt three years ago. I didn’t want to throw it out (I received it in a pot), but I never thought it would actually take root and grow annually. Again this year, this beauty rose up from a very neglected side of our garage that spends many months buried in snow. I love their strong fragrance.
